Holly Colson

Holly Colson is the Director of Human Resources for Signet, LLC.  In this role, Holly’s responsibilities include developing and maintaining the Human Resource platform across Signet’s portfolio companies with a focus on compliance, compensation and benefits, recruiting and onboarding, training and development, human resource department management, and organizational effectiveness.

With over 20 years of HR experience, Holly is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Association for Talent Development. Over the years, she has been involved in the Northeast Ohio Chapter of ATD, where she was on the Board of Directors. She has also been involved with the International Alliance for Learning and has presented at the National Conference.

As Executive Vice President and Managing Director, Jim is responsible for the general operational oversight of all administrative responsibilities. This includes the business operations, sales & marketing strategy, corporate strategy including staff, facility and programs associated with Integrated Wellness Partners business approach.

Catherine Porter

As Executive Director, Catherine Porter oversees daily operations of the Advocate BroMenn Health & Fitness Center, ABHFC, which includes the 10,000 SF Training and Performance Center. Catherine is responsible for fostering collaborations and synergies among several different entities, including but not limited to; Advocate BroMenn Health & Fitness Center, McLean County Orthopedics, partnered physician practices and the Advocate BroMenn Medical Center to create a unique environment where health, well-being and performance collectively exist. Previous to her current position, she was the Vice President of Operations at a commercial health club.

 

Mike Stoops, M.S.

As Director of Operations of Integrated Wellness Partners, Mr. Stoop’s particular focus lies in developing and designing medical fitness centers. In this capacity, he has demonstrated a talent for instituting top-notch medically based programming, efficient emergency response planning, and excellent customer service standards.

Audrey Wallace

Audrey Wallace serves as Marketing Manager for Signet LLC where she creatively contributes to Signet communications efforts and marketing strategies, including execution of new branding initiatives, creative production, digital and social marketing, website and collateral development, trade show and event coordination, public relations, and agency management in support of the Signet Portfolio and diversified entities. Audrey graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Baldwin-Wallace University.
